Privacy policy

One line up front: this is a static site, and I can't — and don't want to — collect your private data. Below, plainly, is what we do use and what we don't.

1. This site is static

Wendui (cex111.com) is a purely static site — what you see is prebuilt web files. There's no registration, no login, no account, no comment box, and no form asking you to fill in anything. So we don't, and can't, actively collect your personal details. All you can do on the site is read.

2. We use GA4 for anonymous traffic analysis

To know which articles help people and where to improve, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure visits. It collects anonymous, aggregated information, such as:

• which pages are visited, how long is spent, which page leads to which;
• a rough source (search engine vs direct, for example) and a rough region (country or city level);
• technical details like your device type, browser, and operating system.

What we see is the overall trend (how many people read an article this week, say); it cannot, and won't, be used to identify you personally. Google, as the analytics provider, processes the data under its own privacy policy, which you can read in Google's notices; you can also limit this kind of measurement through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

The site itself doesn't rely on cookies to run, and doesn't use cookies to track you for marketing profiles. Any cookies that exist mainly come from the GA4 analytics above, to distinguish sessions and avoid double-counting. You can view, clear, or block cookies in your browser settings, which generally won't affect your reading of the site.

5. Third-party links (including Binance)

This site contains links to third-party sites, chiefly the Binance referral links (invite code BNB1916). You should know:

• Once you click through and leave this site, our privacy policy no longer applies. Any registration, information you fill in, or trading you do on the other site (such as Binance) is governed by that site's own privacy policy and terms — read them and take care over there.
• We cannot access and do not receive any personal or account information you enter on a third-party site. The referral fee is settled by the platform under its own rules; what we see is aggregated referral data, with nothing tying to your identity.

6. Data security and minors

Because this site doesn't collect your sensitive personal information, the related data-breach risk is also very low. The content is for adults; crypto-related activity is not suitable for anyone under 18, and minors should not use this site's content for any cash-flow operations.

7. Policy updates

This privacy policy may be updated as the site's features or laws change, effective immediately on update, with material changes also logged in the corrections record. We suggest checking back periodically.
