Cash-flow rules keep shifting, and I'll get things wrong from time to time. So this site makes you one promise: whenever the content has a substantive error or goes out of date, I'll fix it — and log what I changed, and why, openly on this page.

Why a page just for this

A lot of sites change content quietly, fixing it as if nothing happened, so you have no idea whether what you saw yesterday was swapped out. I don't want to do that. For a site about “safety,” how it treats its own mistakes is itself part of whether it can be trusted.

So I put corrections out in the open: own the error, log the fix. You can watch this site get more accurate, bit by bit, and judge whether I'm someone who takes responsibility for what he writes. For you and for me, that's the steadier way.

What gets logged here

• Factual or data errors — a rule I got wrong, a figure that's off; verified, corrected, and logged.
• Rules gone stale — a platform policy or flow has changed so the original is no longer accurate; updated and logged.
• Wording that could mislead — a line easy to read the wrong way and create risk; rewritten and logged.

Plain typos, layout tweaks, and small fixes that don't affect understanding generally aren't logged on their own, so this page doesn't turn into a running ledger. Only the substantive corrections that affect your judgment and actions stay here.
